1. Who we are

The Quarterly Estimated Tax Planner at https://taxquarterly.app (the "Service") is provided by Wesley Lopes de Souza, an individual (sole proprietor) ("we", "us"). By using the Service you enter into these Terms with Wesley Lopes de Souza.

2. Acceptance

By accessing or using the Service, or by purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms, our Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payments, billing, taxes, cancellations and refunds are also governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

4. Not tax advice

The Service is an educational calculator that produces estimates only, based on the information you enter and on published IRS/SSA figures. It is not tax, legal or accounting advice, does not file or pay anything with the IRS or any state, and is not a substitute for a qualified tax professional. You are solely responsible for your tax filings and payments. We are not CPAs or enrolled agents.

5. Plans and subscriptions

The Free plan costs nothing. The Pro plan costs US$6 per month or US$49 per year (plus applicable sales tax/VAT) and renews automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We will show the price and billing frequency before you buy. Pro includes saved payment history and state estimates stored in your browser, downloadable calendar (.ics) deadline reminders, and a printable/PDF summary. Pro is activated on the device used to buy it and can be restored on another device with your Paddle transaction ID. Price changes will be notified in advance and apply from your next renewal.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service for unlawful purposes, fraud or spam; infringe intellectual property; or interfere with its security (including malware, probing, scraping, or attempting unauthorized access).

7. Intellectual property

We retain all rights, title and interest in the Service, its software, content and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for your own purposes.

8. No warranty; limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that estimates will match your actual tax liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for penalties, interest or indirect losses.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; the date above shows the latest version. Material changes will be notified on this site.
