Who is responsible

What we collect

Calculator: all figures you type (income, withholding, last year's tax, etc.) are processed only inside your browser. We do not send them to any server, store them, or use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.

Hosting: like any website, our hosting provider may automatically log technical data (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time) for security and operation. We do not use these logs to identify you.

Payments (Pro, when available): purchases are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle collects your name, email, billing address and payment details under Paddle's Privacy Policy. We never see or store your full card details. Paddle shares with us the order information needed to provide Pro (such as your email, plan and subscription status).

Support: if you email us, we keep your message and email address to answer you.

How we use it

Only to run the Service, provide Pro, answer support requests, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention and your rights

We keep support and order records only as long as needed for these purposes and legal requirements. You may request access, correction or deletion of your data by emailing weslopes@gmail.com. Depending on where you live (e.g. California, EU/UK, Brazil – LGPD) you may have additional rights.

Pro data on your device: Pro's saved payment history, selected state and license status (Paddle transaction ID and checkout email) are stored only in your browser's local storage. We do not receive them. Calendar reminders are a downloaded .ics file; no email reminders are sent. Clearing your browser data deletes them, so use Export backup.

Changes

If we launch server-side features (such as account sync or email reminders), we will update this policy before collecting that data.
